苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压疗效观察
摘要
目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片(施慧达)治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的疗效。方法:选择21例老年ISH患者口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片(施慧达)治疗。服药前停止一切可能影响血压的药物,观察2周、6周的收缩压及脉压差数值。结果:收缩压和脉压差下降有显著性意义(P<0.01)。
