摘要
介绍了某丘陵地貌住宅楼因地基不均匀沉降及施工措施不当等原因引起墙体开裂的情况,并提出压力注浆、微张拉预应力钢绞线后设置筏板基础、钢筋网片水泥砂浆修补裂缝的加固方案.经过加固后的沉降观测,表明采用的加固方法是合理有效的.
This paper introduces the appearance of wall cracks in some upland housing building which is caused by the nonuniform settlement offoundation and improper construction method. And it figures out pressure grouting, establishing raft foundation after micro-stretching the pre-stressed strand, patching cracks with bar-mat and cement mortar as the strengthening method. By observing the settlement after reinforcement, it indicates that the method is feasible and effective
