摘要
在金属车削过程中,采用复杂断屑槽型断屑是实现切屑折断的有效手段之一。通过切削试验证明复杂断屑槽型对切屑截面存在影响;分析切屑等效厚度的变化规律,建立切屑等效厚度的数学模型;分析复杂断屑槽型对切屑截面中性层位置变化的影响作用,建立切屑截面形状系数数学模型;最后,通过对TNMG160404-HK5槽型刀片切削时切屑截面变化的分析,得出切屑等效厚度和切屑截面形状系数对切屑折断的影响作用。
Chip breaking used complicated groove insert is one of effective methods for chip controlling in metal cutting process. According to experiments, it is proved that complicated groove has effect on chip section profile. The mathematical formulations of the equivalent chip thickness and the chip section profile coefficient are established through the analysis of features of chip section profile. Finally, in order to validate the models, simulating experiments are performed using complicated groove insert: TNMG160404- HK5. The testing results show the models are reasonable and reliable.
