摘要
调查高压废锅炉水中二氧化硅含量超标的原因,往往只考虑水中溶硅和胶硅对炉水水质的影响,而忽略了水中惰性硅对炉水中二氧化硅含量的影响。实践证明:降低离子交换器进水的浊度,也是防止锅炉补给水造成炉水中二氧化硅含量偏高的重要措施。
We usually just think of the effect which the dissolved silicon and the gelsilicon have on the waters quality,but overlook the effect which the inert silicon has on the level of Si02,when we analyse the cause of over-level of SiO2 in the water of high pressure waste-heat boiler.Practice proves to be that reducing the turditity of the water which gets into the ton-exchange machine can also prevent the-over-level of in it.
