摘要
以渝单8号为材料,采用田间试验比较研究了100 kg/hm2、200 kg/hm2、300 kg/hm2和400 kg/hm24个氮肥(纯氮)水平及1 hm260000株、75000株、90000株、105000株和120000株5个种植密度对青贮玉米的产量和品质的影响。结果表明,蜡熟期单位面积地上部干物质产量随施氮量和密度的增加而增加;但果穗率在施氮量适中时即200 kg/hm2和300 kg/hm2时大于处理100 kg/hm2和400 kg/hm2。地上部干物质中粗蛋白含量随施氮量的增加而增加,但随密度增加有下降的趋势;单位面积粗蛋白产量在氮肥水平300 kg/hm2和1 hm290000株时最大。地上部干物质中中性洗涤纤维含量随施氮量的增加略有降低,但各施氮处理间差异不显著(P>0.05);酸性洗涤纤维含量随密度的增加呈上升趋势。综合氮肥与密度处理对青贮玉米地上部干物质产量及饲用品质的影响,施纯氮300 kg/hm2、密度1 hm290000株为南京地区渝单8号青贮栽培利用的适宜组合。
The response of forage yield and quality to nitrogen application and planting density of maize ( Zea mays L. ) hybrid CV. Yudan 8 was tested in a field experiment. Dry matter ( DM), Crude protein (CP) , neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) of forage were determined at waxen maturity stage after harvested. The results showed that nitrogen application and planting density affected the DM yield of overground part significantly. Dry matter forage yield overground harvested at waxen maturity stage increased with increasing nitrogen application rate and planting density. However, the ear ratio in 200 kg/hm^2 and 300 kg/hm^2 plots were higher than that in 100 kg/hm^2 and 400 kg/hm^2 plots. CP content of forage increased by nitrogen application increasing but dropped with increasing density. CP yield per hectare reached a maximum when nitrogen application was 300 kg/hm^2 and planting density was 1 hm^2 90 000 plants. NDF content dropped a little by nitrogen application increasing, but the difference of NDF among the nitrogen application treatment was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Moreover, the content of ADF increased by density increasing. There was a significant difference in content of digestible CP in DM per hectare between different planting density ( P 〈 0. 05). The content of digestible CP in DM per hectare increased by nitrogen application rate increasing firstly from 100 to 300 kg/hm^2 and then dropped when 400 kg/hm^2. Considering response of forage yield and quality of overground part to nitrogen application and planting density, we came to the conclusion that the optimal quantity of nitrogen application in Nanjing is 300 kg/hm^2 and the optimal planting density is 1 hm^2 90 000 plants.
