摘要
CYP2C19酶是一种重要的药物代谢酶,参与多种药物的体内代谢。本文综述了CYP2C19酶的基因多态性及临床应用方面的研究进展,讨论经CYP2C19代谢的药物在联合用药时药物之间的相互作用及可能出现的临床后果,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。
CYP2C19 enzyme is an important drug--metabolizing enzyme involved in the metabolism of a variety of drugs in vivo. This article introduced the progress of the gene polymorphism of CYP2C19 enzyme and its application in clinical. The interaction and possible clinical consequences of the drugs metabolized by CYP2C19 in combination were also illustrated which provided the reference for the clinical rational administration.
