摘要
目的验证滴眼用利福平的最佳微生物限度检查法。方法采用直接接种法与薄膜过滤法进行验证试验。结果滴眼用利福平微生物限度检查法最佳的方法为薄膜过滤法。结论薄膜过滤法为滴眼用利福平的微生物限度检查法可行。
OBJECTIVE To verify the best method on the microbial limit test of Rifampicin Eye Drop. METHODS Direct inoculation method and membrane filtration method were used. RESULTS The membrane filtration method is the best method on the microbial limit test of rifampicin eye drop. CONCLUSION The membrane filtration method on the microbial limit test of rifampicin Eye Drop is viable.
