Nutritional constituent and medicinal value of watermelon skin are introduced at first, then process theories and methods, craft operation key points on watermelon skin juice, watermelon skin fruit pectin, pickled watermelon skin,watermelon skin fruit jam,watermelon skin candied fruit and watermelon skin fruit vinegar are introduced.
