摘要
在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上对低碳9Ni钢的高温变形行为进行了研究,并分析了变形温度、应变速率、变形量对变形抗力的影响规律,在此基础上采用Levenberg-Marquardt法对实测数据进行多元非线性回归。结果表明,回归方程有良好的曲线拟合特性,模型预报值与实测值吻合较好。
The deformation behavior of 9Ni steel at high temperature was studied using Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator, and the effects of deformation temperature, strain rate and deformation quantity on the deformation resistance were analyzed, then multivariate nonlinear regression analysis was done with the method of Levenberg-Marquardt. The results show that the model has good characteristics in imitating curves, and the predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental values.
