摘要 以8个产地的粉单竹群体为研究材料,对其纸浆材材质性状进行遗传变异分析,结果表明:粉单竹的纤维长度、纤维素、戊聚糖和1%NaOH抽出物含量在产地间存在极显著或显著差异。木素含量和纤维长度的绝对变化量很小,无选择意义;苯醇抽出物及灰分含量在个体间变化很大,可进行优良个体的选择;纤维素、戊聚糖含量和纤维长度的遗传力高,受遗传控制强;1%NaOH抽出物受中等强度遗传控制;木素、灰分含量和纤维长宽比受遗传控制最弱。纤维形态性状与化学成分之间无明显相关关系;戊聚糖含量和1%NaOH抽出物呈0.1水平显著正相关,纤维宽度与长度呈0.1水平显著负相关;纤维长宽比与纤维长度具有极显著正相关,而与宽度具有极显著负相关。纤维长度及纤维长宽比呈现纬度上从南到北(海拔上从低到高)逐渐减小的地理变异模式,灰分含量呈现随经度增加而增加的变化趋势。通过比较认为,广东怀集、广西南宁和广西桂林3个产地具有优良的纸浆材材质性状。 An experiment was conducted to study the genetic variations of wood properties of Bambusa chungii for pulpwood from eight provenances. Results indicate that fiber length, cellulose, pentosan and content of 1% NaOH extraction have significant differences among eight provenances. The absolute variations of lignin content and fiber length for different provenances are low, which suggests that the two traits are unnecessary to be included in the selection program. Superior clump with lower benzo-alcohol extractive and ash contents can be selected due to the large differences among all clumps tested in this study. Heritabilities of cellulose, pentesan content and fiber length are the strongest, while that of 1% NaOH extraction content is medium, and those of lignin, ash content and fiber width are the weakest. There are no significant correlations between wood fiber dimensions and chemical components. There is a positive correlation between pentosan and 1% NaOH extraction at the 0.1 level and a neg- ative correlation between fiber width and length at the 0. 1 level. Fiber length-width ratio shows a significantly positive correlation with fiber length and a significantly negative correlation with fiber width. Fiber length and fiber length-width ratio exhibit a decrease tendency from south to north (high altitude to low altitude) and ash content displays an increase tendency with increasing longitude. According to the comparison of some chemical components, Guangdong Huaiji, Guangxi Nanning and Guilin are superior provenances with optimum wood properties for pulpwood.
