六出花切花保鲜剂成分及其效果 被引量:3

摘要 选择STS、BA、GA、蔗糖、8-HQC作为六出花预处液和瓶插液成分,探索不同成分及浓度对六出花切花的保鲜效果。结果表明,BA、蔗糖能明显促进六出花小花开放,以80 mg/L BA和5%蔗糖效果最好;STS能有效抑制乙烯伤害,以1.0 mmol/L效果最佳;GA在叶片保绿方面作用极其突出,以50 mg/L效果最好;8-HQC适宜作六出花的杀菌剂,适宜浓度为300 mg/L。在此基础上配制的综合预处理液,即5%蔗糖+50 mg/L GA+1.0 mmol/L STS+300 mg/L 8-HQC+200 mg/LVc保鲜效果最佳。瓶插液处理的3个GA浓度均有明显的叶片保绿效果,其中50 mg/L GA效果最好;BA在瓶插阶段除有较好的叶片保绿效果外,在延缓切花开花进程和促进小花开放方面效果极为突出,适宜浓度为80 mg/L;只含有8-HQC的瓶插液保鲜效果不明显。 The effects of STS, BA, GA, sugar and 8-HQC as the element of pulsing and holding solution on cut Alstroemeria were studied. The results showed that BA and sugar had apparent effect to open the young flowers, and the effect of 80 mg/L BA or 5% sugar was the best. 1. 0 mmol/L STS could restrain effectively the influence of ethylene. GA had the excellent effect to keep leaves green, and 50 mg/L was the suitable concentration. 300 mg/L 8-HQC was suitable. Based on above results, the integrated pulsing solution, e.g. 5% sugar + 50 mg/L GA + 1.0 mmol/L STS + 300 mg/L 8-HQC + 200 mg/L Vc produced the best effect. And 20, 50 and 80 mg/L GA all had the effect to keep leaves green. 50 mg/L GA exerted the best effect. At the stage of holding, BA could also produce some effect on keeping leaves green, but its effects on delaying senescence speed and opening the young flowers were more effective. And 80 mg/L was the suitable concentration. The effect of the holding solution with 8-HQC wasn' t better than control.
