摘要
在石油化工企业,腐蚀问题比较突出,特别是处于高温高压高流速工况下的机械设备,往往会受到迅速的腐蚀损坏。文章介绍了常减压装置塔顶低温系统换热器管束的腐蚀及选材;并以某炼油厂为例,分析了09Cr2AlMoRE用于常顶管束的腐蚀情况及解决方法。
In the petrochemical enterprises, corrosion problems are rather conspicuous, especially on the mechanical equipments operating under high temperature, high pressure and high flow velocity conditions, which often leads to rapid material corrosion failure. The corrosion and material selection of heat exchanger tube bundles in the atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit＇s overhead low -temperature system are introduced. The corrosion state of 09Cr2AIMoRE applied for the overhead tube bundles and solutions are analyzed by a case study of Dushanzi Oil Refinery.
