摘要
针对钢管混凝土拱桥吊杆张拉力的优化设计问题,采用ANSYS模拟吊杆张拉的施工过程,以每根吊杆应该施加的初始张拉力为基本设计变量,利用温度应力模拟吊杆张拉力,根据一阶优化算法求出每根吊杆的张拉控制力,从而使得吊杆的预张拉力达到规定的设计值。通过对工程实例的计算表明,该方法计算简便易行,可为类似桥梁的设计施工提供参考。
The construction process of suspenders tension simulated by ANSYS for concrete - filled steel - tabular through arch bridges was presented. Based on the first - order algorithm the initial pre - stress in each suspender is considered as an unknown variable, and the temperatures stress is utilized to simulate the tension of the suspenders, and obtain required design value. This simple and practical method could ensure the rationality of internal force and line shape, which provides good ref- erence for the design and construction of similar bridges.
