Progress on the Methods for the Fluorescent Detection of Cyanide Anion

摘要 文章综述了近年来氰根离子的荧光检测方法,分为间接荧光法和荧光传感器,根据荧光传感器中识别氰根离子受体不同,分为硼酸基、水杨醛基、1,2-二苯乙酮和吖啶橙,并提出了荧光传感器的发展趋势。 Methods for the fluorescent detection of cyanide anion in recent years are reviewed. The methods include indirect fluorescent method and fluorescent chemosensors. The latest developed receptors, which recognize cyanide anion in the fluorescent chemosensors, include boron acid, salicylaldehyde, benzyl and acridine orange. The direction for the development of fluorescent chemosensor is also suggested.
