摘要 近年来,随着我国经济的迅猛发展,我国服务业发展迅速。企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中生存必须提升服务质量,创造服务竞争优势。本研究通过分析服务感知价值的影响因素,研究服务感知价值、顾客满意和顾客忠诚之间的关系,探寻提升服务感知价值的途径,从而希望为企业提高服务质量提供建议。
