摘要
面向控制系统设计的目的建立了一种燃料电池汽车动力系统的动态数学模型,其中包括燃料电池发动机、DC/DC(直流/直流变换器)、电机驱动系统、动力蓄电池组。采用最小二乘法实现了模型参数估计。基于数学模型及模型参数估计的结果开发了燃料电池混合动力汽车的计算机仿真模型,并应用该模型进行了仿真分析,离线仿真与实测数据的对比证明,所建立的模型具有很高的精度,能够用于控制系统设计及仿真分析。
Presented here is a full process of math modeling, simulation model design for fuel cell hybrid vehicle (FCHV). A dynamic mathematic model of FCHV powertrain was constructed firstly, which includes four subsystems: fuel cell engine, DC/DC inverter, motor-driver, andpower battery. The subsystems were modeled based on the bench test and field testing results from the prototype FCHV. To estimate the unknown parameters in the mathematic model, the Quadratic Least Squares parameter estimation method was used. Based on the mathematic model an FCHV simulation model was developed The results of simulation and field test were illustrated. The results confirm that the FCHV simulation model is reasonably accurate and suitable for model-based control system development.
