摘要
现代企业的经济往来主要是通过合同形式进行的,合同是商品经济的产物,是商品交换的法律表现形式。合同既是企业从事经济活动取得经济效益的纽带,同时也是产生纠纷和风险的根源,实施有效的合同管理,是现代企业实施依法经营和管理的关键。
The economic contact of modern enterprise is conducted through the way of contract. Contract is the result of commodity economy and is the law expression form of commodity exchange. The contract is not only the link of economic performance during economic activities of enterprise but also the source of disputes and risks at the same time. Carrying out effective contract management is the key of management and administration of modem enterprise.
