摘要
目的:对破石珠化学成分进行研究。方法:用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析分离,经化学反应和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了3个化合,分别为6′O苯甲酰基胡萝卜甙(Ⅰ),胡萝卜甙(Ⅱ)和β谷甾醇(Ⅲ)。结论:均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中Ⅰ为首次从天然物中获得的新化合物。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum. Method: Compounds were separated by rechromatography on silica gel from the chloroform solubles of its ethanol extracts, and the structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Result: Three compounds were isolated and elucidated as 6′Obenzoyldaucosterol, daucosterol and βsitosterol.Conclusion: All the three compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, of which 6′Obenzoyldaucosterol is a new natural product.
