摘要
在介绍医学专业职业规划重要性及必要性的基础上，结合本院临床医学专业职业生涯规划和就业指导课程的实际，提出了保障课程顺利实施的措施。
This paper first discusses the importance and necessity of career planning for clinical medicine major, and then proposes measures to ensure the smooth implementation of employment-guiding courses by relating the actuality of our hospital ＇s career planning for clinical medicine major and employment-guiding courses.
