摘要
通过研究Sn-ZSM-5沸石分子筛的合成与表征,确定了在多孔陶瓷管上合成Sn-ZSM-5沸石膜的条件.首先利用水热合成法,从Si(OCH2CH3)4/SnCl4/TPABr/NaOH/H2O澄清体系中合成出Sn-ZSM-5沸石分子筛,从扫描电镜照片(SEM)看到沸石分子筛呈现近长方体形;X射线衍射(XRD)显示为MFI型结构,并测定其晶胞参数;红外光谱(IR)在约960cm-1左右显示特征峰,表明锡原子已经进入沸石骨架.在此基础上利用水热合成法在多孔陶瓷管上制备Sn-ZSM-5沸石膜,在90℃下对于质量分数5%的乙酸溶液,Si/Sn原子比=25的沸石膜的选择系数为7.75,总通量达到0.490 kg/(m2.h).
Study on the synthesis and characterization of a Sn - ZSM - 5 zeolite was carried out. The Sn - ZSM -5 zeolites were prepared from the clear solution of Si(OCH2CH3)4/SnCl4/NaOH/TPABr/H2O by hydrothermal method. From the images of SEM, the shape of zeolites is oblong approximately. The graph of XRD shows that the type of prepared Sn - ZSM - 5 zeolites is the same to that of MFI. The spectrum of Infrared Ray (IR) appears a characteristic peak at 960 cm- 1 and indicates that Sn atoms are introduced into zeolite framemork. The Sn - ZSM - 5 membranes with various Si/Sn ratio are synthesized by a hydrothermal method. The formed Sn- ZSM - 5 membranes are found dense and continuous. For a mass fraction of 5 % acetic acid feed, the membrane with Si/Sn of 25 has a total flux of 0.49 kg/(m2·h) at 90 ℃with an acetic acid/water separation selectivity of 7.75.
