摘要
实验通过壳聚糖澄清剂的用量、提取液浓度、温度、pH值等为影响因素,在单因素分析的基础上应用正交实验设计优选壳聚糖用于山楂的最佳澄清工艺。优选出的最佳工艺条件为:提取液浓缩为1∶6,温度60℃,絮凝剂用量为0.5 mL/g,pH值为8.0。
On the basis of the effects of some factors such as the amount of chitosan, the concentration of the extracting solution, the temperature and pH etc, the orthogonal design was selected to choose the best clarification process of chitosan used on crataegus pinnatifida bge. The optimal process conditions were: merging the extract solution condense to 1:6 (hurb:the hurb solution), the flocculation temperature was 60 ℃, the optimun amount of chitosan was 0.5 mL/g, the pH is 8.0.
