摘要
以0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液为参比液,采用紫外分光光度法在290 nm波长处测定泰乐菌素注射液中泰乐菌素的含量。结果表明,泰乐菌素在5 U/mL^50 U/mL浓度范围内,其吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 2,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.4(n=6)。该方法操作简便、快速、准确,适于作为生产企业中间产品的质量控制方法。
An UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of tylosin content in tylosin injection was established with 0. 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid as reference solution at 290 nm. The calibration curve for tylosin was linear within the concentration range of 5μg/mL-50 μg/mL(r= 0. 999 2). The average recovery rate was 99.6% ,and the RSD was 0.4%(n=6). This method was proved to be simple,rapid and precise, and can be used for the quality control of tylosin injection.
