负压封闭引流技术在创伤骨科的临床应用 被引量：19

摘要 目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术在创伤骨科皮肤软组织缺损及感染创面的治疗作用。方法对57例有皮肤软组织缺损的四肢创伤及感染创面患者采用VSD治疗,7～14d后,在创面上行游离植皮或直接缝合伤口。结果49例患者创面肉芽生长新鲜,行游离植皮或直接缝合修复创面,5例存在骨外露较多,3例因感染肉芽生长停滞行皮瓣修复治愈。结论VSD技术能够充分引流创面坏死物质及渗液,促进创面的愈合。
