溶藻弧菌疫苗对牙鲆免疫效果的研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用福尔马林灭活法制备了溶藻弧菌(Vibrio alginolyticus)疫苗,腹腔注射接种牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus),在以牙鲆血清为抗原制备兔抗鱼血清多克隆抗体的基础上,采用ELISA方法检测了接种疫苗后鱼血清中特异性抗体的变化;此外通过攻毒实验测定了疫苗对牙鲆的保护率。ELISA检测结果表明在接种疫苗后第7d抗体效价为1:64,在免疫后第7~8周达到最高抗体效价1:2048;攻毒实验结果显示受免鱼对溶藻弧菌的免疫保护率为73.3%,且溶藻弧菌疫苗对鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarium)、副溶血弧菌(Vibrio prarhaemolyticus)也具有一定的免疫保护性,其免疫保护率分别为56.25%、64.71%。 The inactivated vaccine of pathogenic Vibrio alginolyticus was prepared by formalin. Flounder Paralichthys olivaceus were vaccinated by intraperitoneal injection. Following the vaccination, the efficacy of vaccine on fish was studied by monitoring specific antibody production through ELISA and doing challenge. The results showed the antibody levels increased in the vaccinated group and the maximal titers came to 1 : 2048. By challenging with Vibrio alginolyticus, the Relative Percentage Survival (RPS) value was 73.3%. The vaccinated fish also showed higher RPS against Vibrio anguillarium and Vibrio prarhaemolyticusthan than unvaccinated fish. The experiment indicated the immune system of flounder responded well and vaccinations gave good protection result.
