摘要
定重装载中,煤和箕斗对称重传感器的冲击严重影响称重传感器的工作可靠性。以箕斗爬行冲击为例,建立了称重传感器的缓冲模型,分析了称重传感器测试性能与缓冲弹簧及复位弹簧刚度之间的关系。仿真结果表明采用液压缓冲机构的称重传感器,通过测量低压腔压力的方法能快速准确地测量负载,有效降低了传感单元的冲击压力,从而大幅提高称重传感器的称重性能。
The working reliability of the weighting sensor in the fixed-weight loading is seriously influenced by the impact force from the coal and skip. Taking the skip creeping impact as the example, the hydraulic bumping model is established and the relationships among its measuring performance and the stiffness of the bumping spring and the return spring are analyzed. The simulation results show that it is able to measure the load accurately and fast enough through measuring the pressure of the low-pressure vessel while the weighting sensor is equipped with the hydraulic bumping mechanism, which can effectively decrease the impact pressure, and thus enhances its weighting performance.
