Synthesis and Characterization of a New Chiral Compound,N-1-(2-pyridyl)ethy(l2-pyridyl)Methylamine

摘要 合成了一种新的三齿含氮手性化合物(R)or(S)-1-(2-吡啶基)-N-(2-吡啶甲基)乙胺((R)or(S)-PEPM),并通过NMR、MS、CD谱和光学纯度e.e值测定对其进行了表征. A new chiral compound, （R） or （S）-N-1- （2-pyridyl） ethyl （2-pyridyl） methylamine （（R） or （S） -PEPM ）, is synthesized in this article. Its structure and chirality are characterized by NMR, MS, CD spectra and e.e value measurement.
