摘要
目的:探讨超声检查是早期诊断宫角妊娠的最佳方法,对临床选择手术方式有重要的意义。材料与方法:回顾性分析1997～2008年期间,经手术病检证实为宫角妊娠的患者21例,并且21例都经过超声检查。结果:21例宫角妊娠患者,超声诊断正确的18例,误诊3例。正确率86%,误诊率14%。结论:超声早期诊断宫角妊娠的特异性较高,超声检查诊断对早妊者的重要性及对临床的应用有较大价值。
Purpose：To verify ultrasound is the best way to diagnose early-cornual pregnancy,which plays an important role in guiding surgical operation.Materials and Methods：Retrospectively analyse 21 cases of early-cornual pregnancy who are proved by pathological examination after ultrasound check,during the year 1997-2008.Results：18 of 21 cases of early-cornual pregnancy are correctly diagnosed by ultrasound（86%）,3 cases are misdiagnosed（14%）.Conclusion：Ultrasound has good sensitivity to diagnose early-cornual pregnancy,which is so important to early-cornual pregnancy patients as well as to the clinical application.
