摘要
目的:探讨自拟的中西医结合方法治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法:对90例病人采用推拿配合药物贴敷和口服消食止泻散治疗。结果:痊愈77例,占85.6%,好转9例,占10%,无效4例,占4.4%,总有效率达95.6%。结论:自拟的中西医结合方法治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效确切,不失为一种值得推广的方法。
Objectives：To explore the effect of integrated TCM and western medicine treatment method on pediatric autumn diarrhea. Methods：90 patients with pediatric autumn diarrhea are included. Integrated treatment including drugs,massage,medicinal stick and herbal prescription XiaoShi ZhiXie decoction are used. Results：There are 77 cases get fully recovery, accounting for 85.6%, while 9 cases improved, accounting for 10%. 4 cases no effect,accounting for 4.4%.The total effective rate is 95.6qo.Conclusion：The integrated TCM and western medicine method has good effect in treating pediatric autumn diarrhea.It is recommended that the integrated treatment be widely used.
