摘要
变频器中过流保护的对象主要指带有突变性质的、电流的峰值超过了过流检测值,变频器则显示过流,由于逆变器件的过载能力较差,所以变频器的过流保护是至关重要的一环。本文分析了变频器过流故障发生的原因,以及解决过流问题的一些通用措施,并以"罐车变频器过流"案例阐述了过流故障排除的步骤。
AC inverter Inverter overcurrent mainly refers to the object with the current peak value by detection. Due to poor ovedoad IGBT device of the inverter, AC＇inverter＇ s overcurrent protection is the essential element. This analyzes the inverter over-current fault causes, as well as over-current problem to solve some common measures. Finnaly the example of ＂tankor inverter overcurrent＂ is explained and the overcurrent troubleshooting stops are carried out.
