摘要
建立了求取齿轮副传动误差和齿面接触点的数学模型,并提出仿真分析方法。在此基础上,编制相应程序即可计算出误差条件下齿轮副的传动误差和接触点,从而可以获得齿轮副的传动误差曲线和接触区域。此方法简单高效,适用于任何形式的齿轮传动分析。
Mathematical model of acquiring driving error and contact point of tooth surface is built and simulation analytical method is put forward. On this basis, driving error and contact point of gear pair can be calculated with relevant program, thus driving error curve and contact area of gear pair are achieved. This method is simple and efficient and it applies to analysis of any kind of gear drive.
