The paper describes the principal equipments of the 90 t EAF ＋ LF ＋ VD ＋ CC production line Valin Hengyang Steel Tube Co. , LTD has introduced from Danieli and analyses in detail the process quality control of gas bottle tube from scrap through EAF, LF and VD to CC. Process quality control of gas bottle tube is very strictly implemented and the physical quality of the products can meet the requirement of the standards at home and abroad.
