摘要
为提高国产钢领质量,在消化吸收瑞士Bracker钢领制造工艺技术的基础上,提出了高硬度耐磨钢领的生产工艺和加工方法,采用表面渗涂纳米技术研制出高硬度耐磨100铬合金钢领,并对该钢领的摩擦因数和表面硬度进行了对比测试。结果表明:100铬合金钢领有较低的摩擦因数及较高的表面硬度,可以提高钢领的耐磨性,延长钢领的使用寿命。
To improve domestic ring quality,on the basis of digesting and absorbing Switzerland Bracket ring manufacture processing technology, processing and manufacturing methods of higher hardness and wear-resistance ring were put forward. Higher hardness and better wear-resistance 100 chromium alloy ring were made by adopting surface penetrating and coating nano technology,the ring friction factor and surface hardness were tested and contrasted. The result shows that friction factor of 100 chromium ally ring is lower and surface hardness is higher,ring wear resistance could be improved and ring useful life could be prolonged.
