摘要
介绍了数值分析在焊接接头温度场及应力场分析中涉及的主要环节。主要涉及焊接热源模型类型、模型特点;焊接热循环模拟计算方程建立;边界条件的选择分析;验证性试验中的测量方法等。同时还介绍了使用焊接温度场进行应力应变计算必须考虑的问题。
In this paper, the mostly parts have pointed out using the numerical analysis to study temperature field and stress field of welding joint. The main content comes down to such aspect as follow: the type and characteristic of welding heat input model, the establishing of calculate equation of welding heat recycle, the selecting and analysis of boundary condition, the measurement of validation test. This article has also pointed out what must be taken into account when using the numerical analysis on the stress and distortion calculation on welding joint.
