摘要 利用热天平研究了Ca、Mg添加量对超细脱灰煤粉(铁法煤)及Mg添加量对铁法原煤燃烧特性的影响。实验结果表明,脱灰处理可明显降低煤的着火温度、提高燃尽率、减小活化能,改善燃烧特性。CaO和MgO添加量较低时,其对脱灰煤样的燃烧特性影响不大;当CaO和MgO添加量达到一定值后,CaO可抑制脱灰煤粉着火;MgO可促进脱灰煤粉和原煤的着火,但抑制固定碳的燃烧;当MgO的添加量增加到0.8%时,原煤的最大失重速率和达到最大失重速率时的温度显著降低,燃尽率仅为原煤的73.33%。 Effect of Ca and Mg added amount on ultrafine pulverized coal combustion was studied on a thermo - gravimetric meter. It was found that demineralization obviously reduced ignition temperature, raised burnout rate, decreased activation energy and improved ultrafine pulverized coal combustion characteristics. When the amount of CaO and MgO characteristics. When CaO and MgO concentration added was low, it had little effect on the combustion reached a certain value,CaO had an inhibition effect against the coal ignition,while MgO promoted the ignition of demineralized coal and raw coal, but restrained the combustion of fixed carbon. It was also found that the maximum weight loss rate and the maximum weight loss temperature decreased observably as the content of MgO was increased to 20M. And the burnout rate was only 73.33% of the raw coal.
