摘要 使用水力加压器的目的是为了实现液体加压和减少钻具的振动,目前对于减少钻具与井眼的摩阻问题存在争议,尤其在斜井及水平井中的使用更是值得关注。根据工具的特点和力学分析认为,当活塞下行至下死点时,立管压力表数值的减小是由于钻具伸长(或者说钻具弯曲度减小)。井眼中的钻具不能简单看作为刚体,应作为曲体对待,只要钻具弯曲度减小,就可使钻具与井眼的摩阻得到改善。 The use of hydraulic thruster was tO achieve WOB feeding by hydraulic pressure and reduce drill string vibration, which has not been confirmed yet nowadays. There was contradiction on whether it could reduce drag force nowadays, especially applications in directional wells or horizontal wells. According to the tool properties and the dynamics analysis, the viewpoint was presented that the decrease of the standpipe pressure was caused by the drill string elongation (or the reduce of the amount of deflection of the drill string) when the piston moved to the lower dead position. The drill string could not be regarded as a rigid body simply. It should be treated as a hended one. As long as the amount of deflection of the drill string decreased, the drag force between the hole and the drill string would be improved.
