摘要
礼貌是语用学研究的一个重要内容。在礼貌原则下,言语交际也会出现不好的效果,产生交际失误。言语交际过程中此类现象深层次的认知成因在于三个方面:交际双方的知识脚本相悖、心理图式不对称和意象突显程度不等。
Studies of politeness have generally become an important issue in pragmatics. Using politeness language or following politeness principles may also lead to misunderstandings or errors in verbal communication. The main reasons lie in differences in knowledge scripts,the wrong choice of knowledge schema and variations in profiles.
