摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEG)为相变物质、聚乙烯醇(PVC)为骨架材料,通过接枝共聚法和偶联共混法分别制备了PEG/PVA高分子固-固相变材料采用红外光谱法和差示扫描量热法研究了PEG/PVA相变材料的结构和相变行为。结果表明,共混体系和共聚体系均具有可逆的固-固相转变特性;共混体系最大相变焓为102.6kJ/g,共聚体系相变焓为82.5kJ/g;2种体系相变温度适中,可以满足低温相变要求,是一种具有较大使用价值和发展前途的高分子固-固相变储能材料。
A novel solid-solid phase change material was synthesized with polyethylene glycol (PEG) as phase change substance and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) as solid skeleton by graft copolymerization and coupling blending, respectively.Structure and phase change behaviors of PEG/PVA were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The results show that both graft copolymerization and coupling blending systems are reversible in solid-solid phase change and enthalpy of phase change are 102.6 kJ/g and 82.5 k J/g, respectively. Both systems have moderate phase change temperatures and can meet the requirement of phase change at low temperature in the process. PEG/PVA is considered as a promising solidsolid phase change heat storage material.
