摘要
目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术固定矫治技术治疗牙周病致前牙间隙牙周应力分布的异同。方法应用三维有限元的方法,建立无托槽隐形矫治技术与固定矫治技术施加矫治力治疗牙周病导致前牙间隙研究模型,对比分析两种矫治技术表面应力的分布特点。结果两种矫治技术平均主应力的分布规律基本一致。但在相同载荷下,无托槽隐形矫治技术应力绝对值小于固定矫治技术。结论相对于固定矫治技术而言,无托槽隐形技术产生的应力分布更小,更均匀,有利于牙周病患者治疗时牙周组织的健康。
Objective To investigate the stress distribution in PDL during the two appliances, the fix appliance and the invisible braces. Methods A three - dimensional finite element model of upper central incisor was developed. The stress distribution in PDL when the force was applied and the two technological of tooth movement were initiated. Results The maximum strain and minimum strain of the invisible braces was less than the fixed appliance. Conclusion The strain of the invisible braces is less than the fixed appliance.
