摘要
通过失重法,极化曲线、交流阻抗等电化学方法,研究了Al-Ga-Bi-Pb合金在碱性电解液中的电化学行为,用X射线荧光光谱仪对铝合金的组成进行分析,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对合金电极表面形貌进行显微观察。结果表明:向电解液中添加LiOH能一定程度降低Al-Ga-Bi-Pb合金阳极的自腐蚀速率,其最佳浓度为0.02mol/L;500℃保温8h固熔处理,使合金阳极极化减小,放电电位负移。
The electrochemical behavior of AI-Ga-Bi-Pb alloy in alkaline solution was investigated by using weight loss method, polarization curves and EIS. The composition was analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and the surface morphologies were characterized by scan electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the corrosion rate of Al-Ga-Bi-Pb alloy anode was decreased by adding LiOH, and the most suitable concentration of LiOH is 0.02 mol/L. The anodic polarization decreases and the discharge potential shifts negatively by solid solution treatment at 500 ℃ for 8 h.
