豆迪安对蚯蚓的急性毒性及超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响 被引量:5

EFFECT OF DEAN BEANS ON EISENIS FOETIDA ACUTE TOXICITY AND SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE ACTIVITY

摘要 采用急性毒性方法,测定了不同浓度的豆迪安溶液处理的赤子爱胜蚓半致死浓度(LC50);用测定酶活性方法检测了中毒后蚯蚓超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化.结果表明:豆迪安对赤子爱胜蚓48 h LC50为51.220 mg/L.与对照组比较,豆迪安药物对动物SOD活性影响显著(p<0.05). We adopted an acute toxicity method to mensurate the semi -lethal concentration (LC50) of Eisenis foetida that were disposed in dean beans with different concentrations. The variation of E. foetida SOD activity toxic was tested by means of enzyme activity in this paper. The results showed that LC50 of 48 hours was respectively 51. 220 mg/L. Compared with comparative groups, dean beans drugs had a significant effect on E. foetida SOD activity (p 〈 0.05).
