摘要
研究了8种处理种子方式对2个不同抗性水平辣椒品种种子的发芽率和发芽势的影响,以及露地地膜和防虫地膜覆盖2种栽培方式下病毒病的发生发展情况.结果表明,干热处理、10%Na3PO4处理能有效提高辣椒种子的发芽率和发芽势,温汤处理、干热+10%Na3PO4处理,种子发芽率、发芽势与对照相当或略低,湿热处理、湿热处理结合进行其他处理,种子的发芽率和发芽势显著下降,不同品种种子处理后发芽率和发芽势的变化存在差异;用2种方法处理种子的防病效果比用单一方法好,单一处理中干热、湿热和10%Na3PO4处理的效果比温汤处理效果好;防虫栽培对病毒病的防治效果及增产效果都达极显著水平.
With seven measures adopted, the influence of the germinative energy and germinative percentage of pepper seed from two different genotypes of the resistance level, was studied, with the combination of the instance of virus diseases of seeds by open filed planting with plastic mulching and pest proofing planting with plastic mulching. The result showed that the ability of buds and the rate of buds were effectively improved with dry heat treatment or using 10% Na3PO4 treatment; the ability of buds and the rate of buds was unchanged or slightly reduced with blanching treatment or dry heat combining with 10% Na3PO4 treatment; the ability of buds and the rate of buds seriously reduced with wet heat treatment or wet heat treatment combining with other treatment. There existed difference in the ability of buds and the rate of buds by different seeds treatment; There also existed difference in preventing virus diseases by different seeds treatment. Using two methods was better than one, and the effect of dry heat treatment or wet heat treatment or using 10% Na3PO4 treatment was better than the effect of blanching treatment when only one method was selected. The effect of preventing virus diseases and increased production reached extremely significant level.
