摘要
目的:观察疏肝健脾法治疗肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚型的疗效。方法:采用非盲法随机对照研究,将90例患者随机分为两组。治疗组45例,以痛泻要方加味免煎剂口服治疗。对照组45例,以谷参肠安胶囊口服治疗,并对其治疗前后症状积分和总体疗效进行对比观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组总有效率为88.9%,两组疗效有显著差异(P<0.05)。而且在改善患者某些症状方面明显优于对照组。结论:痛泻要方加味免煎剂是治疗肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚型较安全、有效的方剂。
Objectives ： In order to study the effect of soothing liver and invigorating spleen in the treatment of the type of liver depression and spleen asthenia in irritable bowel syndrom. Methods ： all patients were studied by concurrent randomized control but not blind. 90 eases were randomly divided into two groups ,45 eases in observation group were treated by Tongxie Yaofang modification ,45 cases in control group were treated by Gushen Chang^n capsule. Main outeomes assessment ineluded symptomatic scores at baseline and 3 weeks and total effect. Results ：The total effect of observation group were 95.6%. The control group were 88.9% ,The total effeet of two groups are different（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Some symptoms of patients in observation group improved better than the control group. Conclusions ：Tongxie Yaofang modification is a safe and effective recipe for the type of liver depression and spleen asthenia in irritable bowel syndrome.
