摘要
绿色巴夫藻经驯化 ,可耐受较高浓度的硒和锌 ,最高浓度可达 4 0 mg· L-1,适宜的硒、锌浓度为 150 ml· L-1。富硒、锌藻细胞超微结构发生变化 ,生理生化特性如叶绿素 a,硝酸盐还原酶活性 ,生物量也产生变化 ,最高富集量为锌 11.0 3× 10 4 mg· kg-1干重 ,硒 575mg· kg-1干重 ,为未富集 (对照 )的 110 7倍 。
After Pavlova viridis Tseng was trained with Se and Zn, and could bear higher concentration Se and Zn. The highest concentration and optimum concentration was 40mg·L -1 and 15mg·L -1 respectively . The Pavlova viridis Tseng had changed on cell ultrastructure, chlorophyll, biomass, nitrate reductase. The highest bioconcentration Zn was 11.03×10 4 mg·kg -1 drg weight and 1855 times of CK, Se was 575 mg·kg -1 dry weight and 1107 times of CK.
