摘要
我国LNG产业的迅猛发展和天然气管网基础建设的相对落后,使得LNG卫星气化站成为各地主要用气来源之一,其冷能利用受到了越来越多的关注。为此,对LNG冷能的利用方式及工艺进行了研究,论述了LNG卫星站冷能利用项目的特点及其关键的实施技术,开发出了LNG冷能开质低温火用发电工艺,提出了福建德化LNG卫星站冷能利用总体原则流程,结果表明输气规模为16×104m3/d的LNG卫星气化站其LNG所蕴含的冷能可发电200×104kWh/a,同时可供1500t、10000m3果蔬保鲜库、800m2室内滑冰场、4500m2供冷面积冷水空调项目的用冷需要,整个项目年节电效益达600万元人民币。
The infrastructure of natural gas pipeline lags far behind the rapid development of LNG sector in China so the LNG gasification stations(satellites) have become the main supply for gas users and how to use the cold energy becomes a big concern at present.This paper investigated into technology and methods of taking good use of LNG cold energy.Through discussion on features and key techniques of LNG cold energy projects,it was developed to open low-temperature exergy power generation process by LNG cold energy.A case study was presented by the Dehua LNG stations in Fujian province,and the results showed that cold energy of 160,000 m3/d of LNG may be able to generate power 2,000,000 kWh/a,at the same time,it is also able to meet the need of cold energy in 1500 t,10000 m3 Cold Storage,800 m2 indoor skating rink and 4500 m2 cold water cooling air-conditioning projects,and this will help save the electricity as much as 6 million Yuan RMB each year.
