肾下盏形成结石的解剖学因素探讨 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨肾下盏解剖学因素对结石形成的影响。方法50例无梗阻单侧肾下盏结石,测量IVU片上双肾的肾下盏肾盂夹角、肾下盏长度、盏颈宽度,进行配对分析。结果患肾肾下盏肾盂夹角比健侧小32例(64%),仅有17例(34%)大于健侧,1例(2%)两侧相等,比较差异有非常显著性。患肾肾下盏长度大于健侧44例(88%),小于健侧6例(12%),比较差异有非常显著性。患肾肾下盏颈宽度为1~9mm,而健侧为2~11mm,两者间差异无显著性。结论较小的肾下盏肾盂夹角、较长的肾下盏长度是肾下盏形成结石的危险因素。
