摘要
依据田间试验资料,建立了3个猕猴桃品种的净光合速率和蒸腾速率与环境因素(空气温度、光量子通量密度、空气相对湿度)的经验公式;比较了3个品种对环境适应能力上的差异,在育种工作中,为选择具有理想生理特性的品种和确定品种适生区等提供生理学依据。研究表明美味猕猴桃的生理活动对空气湿度变化反应强烈,当光量子通量密度为1300-1350μmol·m-2·s-1,气温为32-35℃时最适合其生理活动。相对于秦美,秦香和陕猕1号是耐高温和低湿的品种。
In this paper,based on the experimental data obtained from a kiwifruit orchard,expirical formulas of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate of three strains and environmental factors (air temperature,photon flux density,relative humidity) have been established.The difference of adaptability of three strains to environment is made clear.The study offers physiological basis for selecting strains with ideal physiological proper ty and determining adaptation region of a strain on breeding.It is concluded that the effect of variations in humidity on physiological processis intense.For Actinidia deliciosa ,the optimum photon flux density is 1300-1350 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 ,and the optimum temperature is 32-35℃.In comparison with “Qinmei”,“Qinxiang”and “Shaanmi 1” are strains which have tolerance under conditions of high temperature and low humidity.
