羧乙基锗倍半氧化物对铅所致小鼠脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 给大鼠连续腹腔注射醋酸铅,可使小鼠红细胞和脑组织中的脂质过氧化物含量明显升高,且降低全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性;同时注射锗和铅可使脂质过氧化物含量显著下降,而血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性明显提高. The effect of germanium on mouse lipid perxidation induced by lead was studied by administering i. p. carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide (Ge132, 25mg/kg) or/and lead acetate (PbAc, 15mg/kg) for 20 days. The results showed that the lipid peroxidation in mouse red blood cells and brain caused by the injection of lead acetate was significantly antagonized by Ge132 .The decrease of activity of glutathione peroxidase in mouse whole blood caused by lead acetate was also antagonized by the injection of Ge132,indicating that Ge132 has antioxidation.
