摘要
师范生免费教育是我国政府为实现教育公平战略和促进教师教育发展而实施的政策,但在具体实施过程中面临不少问题与障碍。本文从政策的背景、沟通、实施、落实四方面分析师范生免费政策实施过程中存在的问题。
＂Free education for Normal University students＂ policy aims to realize fair education strategy and promote teachers＇ development, but there exist some problems and obstacles during its process of implementation. This paper analyzes the problems from four aspects： background, communication, practice and implementation.
