摘要
研究陕西某石煤矿提钒工艺。原矿通过加入少量添加剂氯化钠进行氧化焙烧,确定最适宜的氯化钠用量,焙烧温度,焙烧时间。焙砂进行水浸,可得到65%以上的钒浸出率。工艺简单,适应性强,沉钒容易。
The process of vanadium extraction of bone coal ore, from a Mine in Shaanxi of China, is investigated. By adding sodium chloride the run-of-mine is roasted to confirm optimum sodium chloride dosage, roasting temperature, roasting time. The calcined ore is leached by water, the leaching rate of vanadium is above 65 %. The technology is simple and flexible, and convenient for vanadium precipitation.
