摘要
为了揭示片材加固混凝土结构中片材-混凝土界面剥离破坏机理,通过12对片材粘贴试验,对混凝土强度、混凝土表面处理工艺、粘贴数量及片材种类对粘贴效果的影响进行分析,研究了片材界面粘贴机理及破坏形式,得到片材-混凝土界面粘贴机理的内在规律。研究结果表明:混凝土表面处理对粘贴效果有较大影响;粘贴强度随粘贴纤维层数的增加呈非线性增长;片材强度利用率随粘贴纤维数量的增大有所降低;钢板与纤维相比粘贴效果较差。
In order to disclose the destruction mechanism of sheet-concrete interface of concrete structure strengthened by sheets, the tests with 12 pairs of sheet bonded on concrete structures were performed to study the influence of some factors such as concrete strength, treatment craft, layer number and sheet type on the bonding effects, and the bonded mechanism and destruction shape were analyzed to find the inherent laws for bonding mechanism of sheet-concrete interface. The results show that the influence of concrete surface treatment craft on the bonding effects cannot be ignored; the bonding strength presents a non-linear increment with the increase of sheet layer numbers; there is a decrease for the utilization ratio of bonding strength with the increase of sheet layer numbers; the bonding effects of steel plates are worse than the ones of sheets. 3 tabs, 9 figs, 11 refs.
